Such information is collected on the IROAD website and online store when you register and purchase products online. The type of Personally Identifiable Information we may collect includes information such as your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, password for purchasing items online, credit card details for payment of purchases, your IP address and email address. Personally Identifiable Information will only be used for the purposes stated at the time at which it is collected.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about your visit to our website or online store based on your browsing activities. This information may include the pages you browse and services you order. This information can be linked with you internally by Connected Audio Visual but is only collected for website and online store management and internal marketing purposes and is never disclosed to, sold to, or shared with third parties.
Connected Audio Visual may enter into arrangements with third parties to collect your Personally Identifiable Information in circumstances where the third party notifies you, at the time of collection that your Personally Identifiable Information will be provided to Connected Audio Visual.
If you use a pseudonym when dealing with us or you do not provide identifiable information, Connected Audio Visual may not be able to provide you with any or all of our services as requested. Connected Audio Visual may charge a reasonable fee that is not excessive to cover the charges of retrieving your Personally Identifiable Information from our customer account database. Connected Audio Visual will not charge you for making the request.
If you believe that Connected Audio Visual holds Personally Identifiable Information about you in our customer account database that is not accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant or information that is misleading then you may request its amendment and Connected Audio Visual will respond to your request within a reasonable time. Connected Audio Visual will not charge you for correcting your Personally Identifiable Information.
If Connected Audio Visual no longer needs your Personally Identifiable Information for any of the purposes set out in this policy, or as otherwise required by law, Connected Audio Visual will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to destroy the information or to de-identify it.
Connected Audio Visual will take reasonable steps to protect the Personally Identifiable Information it holds from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When transmitting Personally Identifiable Information from your computer to the Alpine website, you must keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet is not always completely secure or error-free. Other than liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, Connected Audio Visual will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or any unintended loss or disclosure of that information.
The IROAD website may use “cookies” to help personalise your online experience and save you time. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the IROADAU website.

However, Connected Audio Visual accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of Personally Identifiable Information that is beyond our control during transmissions over the Internet.
